Mahallu Survey
Mahallu survey is a process of collecting data of mahallu members using mahallu survey form. Using mahallu survey form we can collect necessory data required for mahal administration.
Mahallu survey includes data like Name of Family head, house name, mahallu membership number, area or location, status of house, family members name, age, job, relation with family head, blood group, gender, educational qualification,marital status, health status and social activities.
In mahallu survey each family given unique family id and block or area the family resides.One survey form is provided for each family (household).
Mahallu Survey Form
Mahallu survey form is basically two types. Simple Survey form and extended survey form.In simple survey form it collects only basic information which can be filled by households itself. In simple survey form it includes basic data like Registration Number (ID Number),Name, Address,phone number of family head. And Name, age,gender, relation,marital status and educational qualification of each members. However in extended survey complex questions like as given below included in the survey form.

- Mahallu Block : Area or ward of mahal
- House No; Unique Registration Number of the family in the mahallu
- Form No: Survey form Number (Used for Future reference)

- Total Members: Total members of the family including Children
